Overview
Rusk Renovations wanted to modernize its existing WordPress website while preserving the established brand identity and showcasing the quality of its work. The existing photography was already strong, creating an opportunity to elevate the digital experience through cleaner layouts, improved content hierarchy, and a more refined visual presentation.
The project began with wireframes and multiple homepage concepts that explored different approaches to presenting the company's services and portfolio. Each direction maintained the existing brand while improving readability, visual hierarchy, and the overall user experience.
After the preferred concept was selected, I designed the complete website in Figma before rebuilding it in WordPress with Elementor. The final website introduced consistent global styles, responsive layouts, subtle animations, and reusable design components that created a polished experience across every page.
